License & Attributions

1. Client Software Ownership

At JAS DigiCraftTek (A unit of JAS Group of Enterprises), our core philosophy is building bespoke digital systems that our clients completely own.

Upon complete payment of all project fees, the Client is granted a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license (or full title transfer where agreed) to all custom-developed source code, graphic assets, database structures, and documentation created specifically for the project. The Client may modify, commercialize, sub-license, deploy, or host the code without ongoing agency royalties.

2. Agency Intellectual Property

JAS DigiCraftTek retains exclusive ownership of its company name, logos, website layout, trademarks, and internal pre-existing code libraries (e.g. internal boilerplate configurations and deployment scripts). Client engagements do not grant any right or license to use JAS DigiCraftTek trademarks without prior written permission.

3. Open Source Dependencies & Attribution

We build with state-of-the-art, permissible open-source technologies. We strictly adhere to all relevant open-source licensing requirements (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD):

4. Third-Party Frameworks & Assets

Google Cloud Platform, Google Cloud Run, Firebase, and associated marks are trademarks of Google LLC. JAS DigiCraftTek operates as a verified member of the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program and complies with all relevant developer policies and brand guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

Clients and visitors may not extract, reverse engineer, or deploy JAS DigiCraftTek’s internal portfolio website assets, proprietary logos, or brand collateral without explicit prior written authorization.
